Formerly a duplex, the second floor is accessed by an outdoor staircase, providing a little extra privacy for those staying upstairs; teenagers love it! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 twin with trundle, plus a pull-out queen sofa bed upstairs. There's even a sundeck with Adirondack chairs and a view of the bay. All bedrooms feature individual mini-split AC so you can keep your room just the way you like it. The backyard is your own private oasis with commercial-grade natural gas BBQ (no tanks to switch), a soothing fountain, corn hole, ring game, basketball hoop, dining table, huge swivel cantilever umbrella, Adirondack chairs, firepit, and string lights to create that something special summertime ambiance. Inside features a gorgeous screened-in sunroom with ceiling fans, AC and Sonos sound system.
