Head on over to the Terrace Tavern for some great live music and outdoor dining or the Delaware Oyster house for fresh local raw bar, seafood, flatbreads and arguably one of the best burgers on the island; both just a block away. Dozens more restaurants, watering holes like Nardis and the HUD; the oldest bar on the Island, watersports and activities all just minutes away by foot or even faster on your beach cruiser available for rent at Acme Beach and Surf right down the street. Also within walking distance; Wawa so you can pick up a hoagie on your way to the beach, Fritzie's liquor store, Elite Fitness with daily or weekly gym passes available, pickleball courts, Marvells Market where you can grab a Pork Roll Egg and Cheese and watch the antique donut machine fry that deliciousness right before your eyes. Fantasy Island amusement park, mini golf, Thundering Surf water park, Surf Light theatre, the LBI Museum, "ludicrous wings" at the Chegg as seen on Food Network and of course the Black Whale restaurant made famous by Taylor Swift's visit a couple summers' ago, all just a few minutes to Beach Haven but just far enough from the hustle and bustle to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The first floor features 2 comfy bedrooms, 1 queen and 1 twin with trundle. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa bed. Formerly a duplex, the second floor is accessed by an outdoor staircase, providing a little extra privacy for those staying upstairs; teenagers love it! There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 twin with trundle, plus a pull-out queen sofa bed upstairs. There's even a sundeck with Adirondack chairs and a view of the bay. All bedrooms feature individual mini-split AC so you can keep your room just the way you like it. The backyard is your own private oasis with commercial-grade natural gas BBQ (no tanks to switch), a soothing fountain, corn hole, ring game, basketball hoop, dining table, huge swivel cantilever umbrella, Adirondack chairs, firepit, and string lights to create that something special summertime ambiance. Inside features a gorgeous screened-in sunroom with ceiling fans, AC and Sonos sound system.
