Bring a small dog with an additional $300 non-refundable pet fee.1 Boat slip is available to tenants (26 ft boat fits) and 2 are rented to neighbors who may walk along the bulkhead to access the dock. Also access to small sandy beach area near house. Maximum number of guests allowed is 12 (including children). Renters with pets that cause any damage must notify the realtor or owner immediately and allow for repairs or cleaning during their rental stay to avoid disruption of the next tenant's vacation.
