Over 4000 square ft of expansive living in this upscale 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in Harvey Cedars. All bedrooms are en suite with private baths and all 3 bedrooms have decks. Three spacious living rooms, one of which has queen size pull out couch for extra guests. Two laundry facilities. Full dining room plus eat in gourmet kitchen plus amazing screened in porch overlooking the pool area. Beautiful heated in-ground pool, elevator from ground floor up. Two dishwashers available, one is for barware. Enjoy the beautiful Sunsets from the decks looking over the beautiful bay! 8 Beach badges, 8 chairs and umbrella supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. Bring one dog with owner approval and an additional $300 non-refundable pet fee. If the owner approves a second dog, the fee will double. Tenant must read the pool and elevator addendum attached to the lease. Linens (sheets) provided through LBI Dream makers service; bath towels and pillows provided by owner. Please bring your own beach towels.
