Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. 6 Beach badges, cart, chairs and umbrella supplied by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Both floors have been renovated. The second floor has a full bath, updated kitchen cabinets plus a Demitasse pot for Espresso. Tenants will adhere to trash collection and recycling regulations. Any violation from the township will be deducted from their security deposit. One bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, and one has a full bed. Upstairs one bedroom has a queen plus 2 twin, the other has a queen plus the daybed/trundle. Tenants must leave the house the way they found it.
