DESCRIPTION

First floor of an ocean front duplex in North Beach Haven. First floor has same view and is the same height as neighbor s 2nd floor since this house was raised. Tenant must sign lease addendum. Front bathroom completely redone for 2025. 2 Beach badges supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. If a badge is lost, the tenant must replace it with a seasonal badge. No use of hot tub or rooftop deck. Tenants not permitted on 2nd or 3rd owner floors(where owner stays and has a hot tub). Tenants entitled to 2 parking spots in driveway, as long as they are willing to leave their keys under the mat in case their car needs to be moved. Otherwise, they have to park on the street. Owners try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
