DESCRIPTION
Sunday to Sunday rentals. Only 5 houses to the beach and within walking distance to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. Upgrades for 2020: outside of house painted, 2nd floor dryer at bottom of steps (not shared anymore), firepit and outdoor shower updated, private driveway for each floor with 3 parking spaces each. Each floor has its own gas grill. No pets please. NO wipes including flushable or excessive toilet paper to be flushed. If plumber is called a $500 fee will be charged. Ductless A/C in every room. Enjoy cool summer evenings around the outdoor firepit.
