Second floor of an ocean front duplex in Holgate. 4 Beach badges provided by owner, but not guaranteed. One window AC unit in each bedroom as well as a portable AC unit for the combined area of living room and kitchen. Owner stays on 1st floor on occasion and shares grill with 2nd floor. Owner allows a small dog under 20 lbs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee and owner approval.
