Incoming tenant must wait 30 minutes to enter pool if pool company is still there at check in. Pool closed 10/1. Hot tub will remain open. Outdoor TV is provided as a bonus feature but not guaranteed to be available or working at all times. Bring one dog with an additional $200 non-refundable pet fee and a 2nd dog with an additional $150 non-refundable fee (max 2 dogs). 8 beach badges, cart, 2 bicycles, 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs provided by owner but not guaranteed. A replacement fee will be deducted from security deposit for a missing badge. No use of fireplace. 3 Ductless wall A/C units provide central air in the home.
