Sunday to Sunday rental. Second floor of an ocean front duplex with 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. 6 beach badges provided by owner but not guaranteed deducted. If a badge is missing, the replacement cost will be deducted from security. 2 parking spaces per unit. Property has balcony with retractable awning and storage for tenants bikes and chairs. Paved walkway extends from the front of the house around to the back of the house. Private beach access available. Owner will consider a dog with an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog (no cats). No cable available for TV, tenants must bring their own streaming device.
