DESCRIPTION
Single family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths in Haven Beach. Private fenced patio and yard with deck offering bay views in the rear of the home on Sunset Terrace. A two-week minimum is required for all rentals. Pet friendly. Bring a dog (no cats) with a $300 per reservation non-refundable pet fee and owner's approval for repeat tenants only. Six beach badges included but not guaranteed. Chairs are as is condition and umbrellas provided by owner but not guaranteed. The main house has central AC. The one window unit is in the brick sunroom.
