This two bedroom has an open kitchen and living room for easy entertaining. Pullout sofa in the living room accommodates an additional two guests. Laundry room is shared with downstairs unit. There are many great local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Vintage stove top, microwave and an outdoor grill for easy cooking (no oven provided). Parking for upstairs unit is in REAR of the house. Please see map to parking in photos. Updated paint, flooring and high hat lights in the living room plus a new washer / dryer. Gas grill and washer/dryer shared with 1st floor. Bring a small dog (up to 15 pounds max) with an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. All dogs MUST be leashed on this property at all times. 4 beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. The backyard has 2 picnic benches and some chairs.
