3 Bedrooms and 1 full bathroom rear house on a property with 2 rental houses. Check-in 4:00 pm and check-out 10:00 am. Tub shower in bathroom. Outside shower shared with front house. Fire alarm system. $180 Non-refundable cleaning fee added to each lease. Garbage must be in bags in cans with lids on and recycles must be loose in cans with lids on. Fines for trash violations will be passed on to renters. Available off-season with a 3-night minimum. Please call for availability and rates.
