DESCRIPTION
5 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the front house of a property with 2 rental houses. Check-out is 10:00 am and check-in is 4:00 pm. You need to go up 5 steps to get into the 1st floor of the front house. $280 Non-refundable cleaning fee added to each lease. Shared outside shower. Fire alarm system. Garbage must be in bags in cans with lids on and recycles must be loose in cans with lids on. Fines for trash violations will be passed on to renters. Garage is for storage only.. not to park a car. Central AC is available upstaris and a mini split AC system is located downstairs. There is a 3 bedroom back house on the property that is for rent also. Available off-season with a 3-night minimum.
