First floor unit of Beach Haven Gardens duplex located between 31st & 32nd St. & just 1 house from the beach. For those who desire quick beach access -- this ocean block unit fits the bill! Owner supplies pillows and bedspreads but tenants must bring their own blankets, sheets and towels for all rentals. A coffee maker and a single cup Keurig are available for tenant use. Each floor has its own grill and washer & dryer. No smoking or pets please. Outside shower shared with 2nd floor.
