Single family home on the ocean side in North Beach Haven. 4 Beach badges, 6 chairs, beach cart and unbrella supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. If a badge is lost, the tenant must replace it or the cost will be deducted from their security deposit. Occupancy is 8 people, no large groups please. Climbing on the physical roof is prohibited. You must enter the roof deck and kitchen deck thru their proper doors.
