DESCRIPTION

Oceanfront with great views. Renovated property, clean and bright. New for 2022- New siding, new roof, new stairs, new fiberglass decking, new railings, new natural gas grills (no more propane) All new sash windows facing east, north and south in the living room, dining room areas. Inside there are new wood tables: end, TV and coffee. Replacing the bedroom carpets with vinyl plank flooring. 4 Beach badges provided but not guaranteed, badges will be placed on lanyards and should be left on kitchen counter at check out! Cost of each missing badge will be deducted from security deposit. Love seat, 43" Smart TV (bring your Roku or similar device!) Pets (under 50 lbs) permitted with prior approval from the owner but not allowed on the furniture. Pets will require an additional $500 refundable deposit plus a $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. Please turn off all burners on natural gas BBQ when done cooking. Two Wifi accounts, one is high speed and the other is 2.4 for devices that won t support the high speed. No rearranging of furniture or kitchen cabinets.
