A Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot available for tenant use. The primary bathroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. New 60" Hifi TV & wall unit in Family Room. Built-in vacuum system. 2 refrigerators and 2 washer/dryers in property. 6 Beach badges (4 Adults & 2 Seniors) and 3 beach chairs provided but not guaranteed . Owners expect the home to be left in the condition you found it otherwise, $500 will be deducted from your security deposit. Maximum of 12 people in the home including children (children under 2 not included). No charging of electric vehicles. If something breaks during your stay, please notify the agent at the time of the occurrence. If you broke it, you will be responsible.
