DESCRIPTION
Ocean front condo. Walk up a few steps of the complex to reach the single floor condo with ocean views from the living room, bedroom and deck. 4 Beach Badges supplied by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Badges are to remain on beach bag provided and will not be replaced if lost. No fee has been charged for this convenience. All renters need to post a yellow parking tag that needs to be displayed on their rearview mirror when parking in their assigned spots. The two tags are located just inside the rental unit front door and needs to be put back when you leave. There is a transactional fee if they are not returned.
