Friday to Friday rental. Many interior upgrades will be completed for the 2025 season. 5 bedroom ocean Front Property with stunning Views, including the Spacious Roof Deck. Many renovations done for the 2021 rental season. A new half bath added upstairs, plus the primary bath & downstairs bathroom are completely redone. All of the popcorn ceilings have been removed and the interior of the home has been painted. All interior doors, screen doors, inside trim & heaters have been replaced. All of the beds have been replaced with new ones and the primary bedroom will now have a king instead of a queen. Beach Path Located at the Foot of the Driveway. Lifeguard beach. No Smoking Anywhere on the Property, and No Pets.10 Beach Badges, boogie boards, beach chairs, cart and an umbrella are Provided as a Courtesy by the Owner, but are Not Guaranteed. If a badge is lost, the seasonal fee will be deducted from security. Please do not put trash/recycling cans in front of neighbors house. Cans are to be brought to the edge of driveway and back for pick up.
