New-split unit ac s in each bedroom, new doors, moldings, vinyl floors, paint, custom pantry and bedroom closets, stainless steel appliances, complete makeover renovation and is magazine ready!! Inground POOL with built-in hot tub and sundeck installed in 2022 with new pavers, fencing, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, firepit and BBQ. Tenants must sign pool/hot tub/firepit addendum. A 5 gallon water cooler, for tenants to enjoy, has been added poolside in the garage. Bedroom set up is as follows: king bed (primary), queen bed (mid bedroom), queen bed (left bedroom), trundle bunk bed with twin over full with twin roll out (this bedroom sleeps 4). Replacement cost for a missing badge will be deducted from security. Please note owner provides only mattress covers. Tenants responsible for all bedding including pillows, sheets, blankets, comforters. Rent partial weeks in April, May, early June, Sept, Oct and Nov in 2026 with a 3-night minimum and an additional $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pool is open April 10, 2026 to November 20, 2026.
