DESCRIPTION

Two-story single family home on the ocean side in Haven Beach. First time on the rental market in 2024. Two bedrooms and one bath on each floor. All bedrooms and the dining room have wall A/C units, all of which are relatively new and/or work great. The TV room has a stand alone unit with an exhaust tube that goes into the far right window next to the fireplace. It's a large unit that cools the room very effectively. There is a small deck upstairs outside the sitting room with a small table and chairs to sit out and enjoy summer breezes. The home features a large, high ceiling dining room that leads out to the backyard patio which also has a gazebo with a large dining table and outside built-in charcoal BBQ plus a propane gas grill and outside shower located in the private yard. There is a clothesline available outside to hang wet clothes pulled from the outside shower across the patio. No smoking anywhere on the property, no use of the garage and no access to the empty lot next door. Enter the gate carefully in front of the garage where there is room to park 4 cars. 8 Beach Badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. Coffee maker is a combo Keurig plus ground filter coffee pot.
