Beautiful single family home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths on the ocean side in Haven Beach. Occupancy of 16 people. A 25x12 free form salt water heated inground pool installed. The pool closes at the end of September. Tenant must sign a pool and elevator addendum. Please wash all sand off prior to entering the home or pool. Any cleaning charges for excessive sand will be deducted from your security deposit. Updates: Interior light fixtures, painting the walls, plus placing a grill on the 2nd floor deck off the dining room. The ground level will be sheet rocked with a bar and sitting areas, ping pong table and epoxy floors. The A/C condensers will be moved to the side of the house away from the pool area and adding a paver patio updated landscaping and exterior decorative lighting. 8 Beach badges, boogie boards, 8 chairs and some beach toys provided by owner, but not guaranteed.
