One full size fridge plus 2 mini fridges available. 6 Beach badges, 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella supplied by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. Bring a pet with owner approval and an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee. Owner supplies a large supply of towels (approximately 25 bath, 17 hand, 9 wash cloths and 6 beach towels). Tenants are welcome to use them as long as they are washed and put away for the next tenants.
