Bay front condo with 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 full baths in desirable Beach Haven. Beautiful panoramic bay views, deck, vaulted ceilings and new kitchen. Only 1 block to Fantasy Island and Bay Village shops and 3 blocks to the beach. Park in a covered spot and walk or bike to all Beach Haven has to offer. An elevator and outside shower are available for tenant use. 6 Beach badges, 6 beach chairs, beach cart, toys, umbrella and 2 bicycles (1 men s & 1 women s for riders 5 2 - 5 10") provided by owner but not guaranteed. No use of fireplace (strictly prohibited). Absolutely no smoking of any kind or vaping allowed inside or outside the unit or on the premises of the condo community. No fireworks permitted on premises. The tenant must sign the owner hold harmless lease addendum. Tenants allowed to park in the one designated spot labeled #9. On-street parking is available for additional cars. Available daily off season with a 3 night minimum @ $400 per night.
