There is an additional $250 cleaning fee attached to every lease. 6 Beach badges, 4 pickleball badges, chairs and buggy provided by owner but not guaranteed. If a beach or pickleball badge is missing, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security. The living room TV has basic cable and is connected to the internet so you can download any app you want.
