Friday to Friday rental. First floor of an ocean side duplex in Beach Haven Crest. Bring up to two dogs max weighing up to 40 lbs each with owner approval, a signed pet addendum (including proof of vaccines from Vet) and an additional $250 non-refundable fee per dog. If the grill is not left clean upon check-out, $25 will be deducted from security. Tenants are responsible for refilling the grill propane tank. 4 Beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed. Owner supplies pillows, blankets and one set of sheets for each bed, tenants must bring their own towels for all rentals. Hot tub available and tenants must sign the addendum. The hot tub will be serviced twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If tenants abuse the hot tub and they need to be drained due to sand or lotions, a charge of $250 will be held from security to cover cost. No parties permitted on the property without written consent from the landlord. No underage rentals permitted (25+) this includes parents signing for their children and not being present during their stay. Beach badges should be left in the property upon check-out for the next tenant. A charge of $50 each will result for any lost badge. The unit should be broom swept before check-out. Cleaning is included in the rates, but excessive cleaning charges will be held from security. Tenants must be out of the property with all of their belongings by 10:00 am to prepare for incoming tenants.
