Single family home on the ocean side in Loveladies. Extra refrigerator in the garage. Owner provides 1 set of sheets per bed plus pillows and blankets, but tenants must bring their own towels. Hot tub available and tenants must sign the addendum. The hot tub will be serviced twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If tenants abuse the hot tub and they need to be drained due to sand or lotions, a charge of $250 will be held from security to cover cost. There is a playset available in the yard and tenants must sign a safety addendum. No parties permitted on the property without written consent from the landlord. No underage rentals permitted (25+) this includes parents signing for their children and not being present during their stay. Beach badges and beach chairs should be left in the property upon check-out for the next tenant. A charge of $50 each will result for any lost badge or chair. The unit should be broom swept before check-out. Cleaning is included in the rates, but excessive cleaning charges will be held from security. Tenants must be out of the property with all of their belongings by 10:00 am to prepare for incoming tenants.
