The hot tub will be serviced twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. If tenants abuse the hot tub and they need to be drained due to sand or lotions, a charge of $250 will be held from security to cover cost. No parties permitted on the property without written consent from the landlord. No underage rentals permitted (25+) this includes parents signing for their children and not being present during their stay. Beach badges and beach chairs should be left in the property upon check-out for the next tenant. A charge of $50 each will result for any lost badge or chair. The unit should be broom swept before check-out. Cleaning is included in the rates, but excessive cleaning charges will be held from security. Tenants must be out of the property with all of their belongings by 10:00 am to prepare for incoming tenants.
