Single family home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths on the bay side in Beach Haven Terrace. House is immaculate and owner would greatly appreciate it if you keep it that way. Built in pool added for 2019!! Tenants must sign a pool waiver. The pool is maintained every Wednesday by an outside service company and is open end of May to beginning of September. The pool is not heated; however, you can pay an additional $200 non-refundable fee to heat the pool to 84 degrees. No pets or no smoking please. 4 Beach badges supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. 2 Refrigerators available in property. Outside bar available for your enjoyment.
