Sunday to Sunday rental. First floor of an ocean front duplex with 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. Owner will consider a dog, if approved by owner non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet (no cats).6 beach badges provided by owner but not guaranteed deducted. If a badge is missing, the replacement cost will be deducted from security.
Paved walkway extends from the front of the house around to the back of the house. Private beach access available. No cable available for TV, tenants must bring their own streaming device.
