Upstairs, you’ll find a third bedroom along with the primary bedroom, complete with a private bathroom. For added comfort, foam mattress toppers are available in the queen bedroom closet if you prefer a softer sleep setup. New bedroom furniture has been added in 2025. The home also offers wonderful outdoor living space, including a newly installed deck for 2025 with plenty of seating and two umbrellas. Please note that deck umbrellas must be closed during excessive winds. Enjoy dining alfresco and cooking outdoors with the propane BBQ, the owner had provided 2 propane tanks on property. The owner also provides four beach badges, four beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and beach toys for guest use; however, these items are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. To help protect the home and keep the air conditioning running properly, all windows must be closed during rain and whenever the AC is on. If a window remains open for longer than 10 minutes while the AC is running, the system will automatically shut off. A small dog under 25 lbs may be considered with owner approval, a signed pet addendum, and an additional $500 non-refundable pet fee. All tenants must complete and sign the lease within 48 hours of making the reservation. Booking is confirmed once the agreement is completed and approved by the owner. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
