Single family home with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths on the ocean side in the heart of Beach Haven. Tenants must list all occupants on Lease. Occupancy limit of 12 people strictly enforced. Beach badges not included with rental. Please note: If after the initial deposit the tenant cancels and the agency is not able to re-rent by 7 days prior to rental start date, the tenant owes the total balance due. Tenants should return furniture to where it was when they arrived. Tenants must leave the house as clean as possible, the cleaning service does not clean outdoor areas or windows. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
