No loud noise before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm. 2 Beach badges, 6 beach chairs and umbrella supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. The 2 badges are attached to one beach chair and should not be removed. The condo association prefers a two-week minimum rental period during July and August; however, the owner will accept a one-week rental but offer a $500 total discount if two consecutive weeks are rented.
