This is the 1st floor of an ocean side duplex. Cute & clean with just a short walk to the beach. 4 Beach badges are supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. Owner provides a beach cart with big wheels to help you haul everything to the beach. The cart is kept inside next to the door as you walk in. The cart has a value of $100 & if it is damaged or lost, the cost will be deducted from security. Each floor has its own gas BBQ grill. Option of renting the whole house since there is an interior staircase to the 2nd floor. Bring a small pet under 25 lbs for an additional $250 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Tenants must ensure pets do not cause damage or excessive noise. Tenants must clean the property before check-out or pay a $200 cleaning fee.
