Ocean front property built in 2018 with a very unique layout. Bottom level has 3 bedrooms for the tenants and the 2nd level has the tenant primary bedroom, living room and kitchen facing the ocean with its beautiful views. There is direct private access to the beach. The owners have their guest bedrooms on the 2nd level on the driveway side separated by an interior owner only elevator. The 3rd level has the owner primary bedroom and their living area. The units are completely separate from each other. 8 Beach badges and 4 beach chairs (please replace if you break any) supplied by owner, but not guaranteed. Please follow cleaning instructions posted in house before departing. Parking for 2 cars available on right side of driveway but leave enough room for garbage workers to remove garbage. Please park car in street if it leaks oil. No smoking on property. There is a gas grill and picnic table on the patio exclusively for tenant use. Occupancy limit is no more than 8 people. Children over 3 are counted as occupants. Owner notes no more than 4 day guests allowed over the 8 occupancy, if over, tenants and guests will be asked to leave without a refund. No groups or parties. 8 Pillows provided and mattress pads only on each bed. Tenants must bring their own blankets, sheets & towels for all rentals. Lowest AC locked at 68 degrees or it will freeze up. Please turn up temp if opening windows & doors. Please leave refrigerator settings at normal to ensure controls do not freeze up. Tenants must sign the lease addendum.
