Friday to Friday rental. This oceanside family home is new to the rental market for the first time this summer. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Eleven houses to the beach . Enjoy your morning coffee on either the front deck or relax on the screened in porch off the kitchen in the back. Traditional set up with first floor open concept living, dining and kitchen with seating at the kitchen island as well as the table and chairs in the dining area. The front deck off the dining area. ROKU TVs and internet provide. Rooftop deck with views of LBI. The primary bedroom has a private bath with a large shower, king size bed and a small deck. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 offers 1 full size bed and 1 twin. Bedroom 4 offers 2 sets of bunks beds which are single over single. All bedrooms have backout curtains for a good night sleep. Garage will be set up with a ping pong table, ROKU TV and extra refrigerator . Board games and children’s books. 6 beach badges , 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs and a wheely cart full of beach toys. Backyard is fenced in with a TIKI bar, a fire pit, and seating for outside dining to enjoy family fun. The yard also has a large outside shower and natural gas BBQ grill. Walk just 3 blocks to the Acme supermarket, just 2 blocks for the best ice cream in LBI at Skipper Dipper and a short drive to Fantasy Island and Bay Village. 6 Beach badges and 6 beach chairs supplied by owner but not guaranteed. No proms or weddings permitted on the property.
