Tenants must sign an exterior deck addendum. No use of hot tub without owner permission and a signed lease addendum. No use of elevator. A $350 non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to every lease. 8 Beach badges supplied by owner but not guaranteed.
No electric scooters or e bikes allowed on the property and/or stored on the property. No charging of electric scooters or e bikes permitted. No moving of furniture from inside the home to outside. Tenant 10 am check-out is strictly enforced, no delays unless permission from owner.
