A well behaved, quiet dog under 40 lbs will be considered by owner plus a $300 per week non-refundable pet fee will be added to the lease. 4 Beach badges and 3 beach chairs provided by owner as a courtesy but not guaranteed. A $100 per week non-refundable cleaning fee will be added to each lease. Available monthly in 2026: May 1 - 28 @ $5,300, May 29 - June 19 @ $6,500, May 29 - June 26 @ $9,500, Sept 4 - Oct 5 @ $8,000 and Sept 11 - Oct 9 @ $5,00. Please call if interested.
